ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND PROFILE CREATION

Aspects of SportsPro Media’s Services allow you to sign up for an account, and select a password and user name. As a SportsPro account holder you promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself. You may not select an email that you do not have the right to use, or another person’s name with the intent to impersonate that person. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission. 

In order to sign up for an account, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organisation or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to agree to these Terms on that organisation or entity’s behalf and bind them to these Terms (in which case, the references to “you” or “your” in these Terms, except for in this sentence, refer to that organisation or entity). 

You will only use the Services for your own internal or personal use, and only in a manner that complies with all laws that apply to you. If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you are not authorised to use the Services. We cannot and will not be responsible for your using the Services in a way that breaks the law. 

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. SUBSCRIPTIONS, RENEWALS AND PAYMENTS

You will need a current bank or credit card to pay for your subscription. You can choose a monthly subscription (billed monthly) or an annual subscription (billed annually).

After the first term, your subscription will automatically renew monthly or annually as selected, and you authorise us to charge your then current rate to the card provided, until you cancel. We’ll email you if there is change to your rate for the next term. You are responsible for providing us with any email address changes. Monthly and annual subscribers may cancel at any time by emailing subscriptions@sportspromedia.com Access and benefits for subscriptions will expire at the end of the existing paid term and payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Subscribers can view their ‘Subscriptions Information’ and ‘View Memberships’ from their account in ‘Manage Subscriptions’ where billing history, next payment date and the current subscription rate is viewable. You can change your payment method by visiting your account page, then navigating to ‘Manage Subscriptions’ and clicking ‘Subscription Information’ and ‘Change payment method’. Once you have made a change, subsequent payments will be from your updated card information. You can also see your next payment date. PRIVACY

Products and services on this web site may request the user to register, subscribe or to provide feedback as well as providing certain data.
