Australian rules football: Australian Football League (AFL) team Western Bulldogs have secured People's Choice Credit Union as a platinum partner for 2017. The company's branding will appear on the walls of the Australian rules football team's changing rooms, and on interview backdrops.

Also in Australian rules football: Construction software developer Progressclaim.com has expanded its sponsorship deal with Australian rules football team Richmond Tigers. The company's logo will now appear on the back of the Tigers' matchday jerseys in the Victoria Football League (VFL), as well as on coaches' polo shirts.

Rugby: Australian rugby league team Wests Tigers have agreed a major sponsorship deal with CrownBet. The bookmaker's logo will appear on the upper back of the Sydney-based National Rugby League (NRL) team's playing jerseys in 2017.

Multiple sports: Malaysia Airports, which manages five airports across the country, has become a sponsor of the SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games, multi-sport events involving the 11 south-east Asian countries. The SEA Games will take place in Kuala Lumpur from 19th to 31st August, with the ASEAN Para Games to follow from 17th to 23rd September.

Curling: Lucerne Tourism and Titlis Cableways have become sponsors of the World Women’s Curling Championship 2017 and World Men’s Curling Championship 2018. Their packages, brokered by Infront Sports & Media, will include on-site and interview backdrop branding and a TV advertising campaign, while Titlis Cableways' logo will appear on players' jerseys during the men's event.
