The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has agreed a multi-year partnership with Tab.

The online bookmaker becomes the ‘official betting and wagering partner of UFC’ in Australia and will be the presenting sponsor for all national UFC live events. The partnership will be activated on 27th November at UFC Fight Night: Rockhold Vs Jacare II, a promotion in the Australian city of Melbourne.

In addition, athletes competing during UFC events in Australia will carry a Tab.com.au logo on their fight-night apparel. The company’s branding will also be visible on the octagon mat, and across multiple UFC-based social and digital platforms.

“We are delighted to be in business with TAB.com.au,” said Tom Wright, UFC’s executive vice president and general manager in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. “We look forward to working with them as we continue to grow our sport not only in Australia, but around the world. Collaboratively, we hope to deliver our fans the best possible experience as they enjoy UFC.”

Elsewhere, UFC Gym has signed an exclusive ten-year partnership with the Fitspiration Philippines Corporation to open 30 locations throughout the Republic of the Philippines.
