Sport TV has secured the Portuguese rights to the Uefa Champions League and Uefa Europa league for the three years from 2015/16 to 2017/18.
The deal entitles the pay broadcaster to show 145 matches per season from the top-tier Champions League and 87 live games from the secondary Europa League.
No financial details were available but reports from Portugal suggest that the rights fee was higher than for Sport TV's current three-year deal.
As usual, the broadcaster has agreed the contract with Team Marketing, Uefa's rights agency for European club tournaments.
The quarter finals of this year's Uefa Champions League got underway on Tuesday evening, with Atletico Madrid drawing 0-0 with champions Real Madrid and Juventus defeating Monaco 1-0 in the first legs.
FC Porto are the only remaining Portuguese representatives in this season's competition. The 2004 winners are scheduled to play Bayern Munich on Wednesday.
