Seleco has entered into a two-year sponsorship agreement with Italian soccer side Lazio.

The electronics company’s logo will adorn the front of the Serie A outfit’s home and away shirts until the end of the 2017/18 season. It will also have a strong brand presence at Lazio’s home ground, the Stadio Olimpico.

Seleco was previously the shirt sponsor of the Biancocelesti in the 1980s. It recently returned to the club’s jerseys – in what was believed to be a one-off deal – during the Derby della Capitale against Roma, which Lazio won 3-1.

According to specialist outlet Football Italia, the two-year deal is worth €4million (US$4.4 million) each season and Seleco has the first option to extend with Lazio.

Lazio – who are managed by former striker Simone Inzaghi – currently occupy eighth position in Italian soccer’s top flight.
