Electric vehicle street racing series Formula E has confirmed a tie-up with Qatar Airways, naming the Doha-based carrier as its official airline partner for the Paris and New York ePrix.
In addition, it will serve as the title sponsor of the Paris race, which for 2017 will be known as the Qatar Airways Paris ePrix, and will take place around Les Invalides on 20th May.
The first ever New York ePrix, meanwhile, will take place in Red Hook, Brooklyn on 15th and 16th July.
