NFLPA and MGM Resorts agree multi-year marketing deal

NFL players sign up to feature in content and fan experiences.

The National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) has agreed a multi-year partnership with MGM Resorts International.

Contract:

  • Multi-year agreement includes content and fan experiences involving NFLPA members
  • Players to receive hospitality benefits at casino resort’s locations
  • MGM Resorts becomes official hospitality and strategic partner of NFLPA
  • Players will be eligible to sign ambassador deals with MGM Resorts for social media promotion, collectibles and advertising campaigns

Context:

BetMGM, MGM’s betting division founded through a joint venture between the hospitality firm and Entain Holdings, is also a partner of the NFL and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Coming next:

Under the new agreement, the two parties will launch activations around upcoming NFL events, including the revamped 2023 Pro Bowl Games, next year’s Super Bowl in Las Vegas, and the 2024 NFL draft.
