Harlequins and England rugby union star Marcus Smith has signed for Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI).
Confirmed:
- Sports agency founded by US rapper Jay-Z adds Smith to athlete roster
- 24-year-old has endorsement deals with sportswear giant Nike, drinks brand Lucozade Sport, supplements firm Optimum Nutrition and clothing retailer Charles Tyrwhitt
Context:
Roc Nation’s rugby client roster also includes Smith’s England teammates Maro Itoje and Ellis Genge, as well as South Africa’s Siya Kolisi and Cheslin Kolbe, and New Zealand’ Ardie Savea. Outside of rugby, Roc Nation’s clients include Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne and New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley.
