JR Motorsports, the Nascar team owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr., has confirmed sponsorship plans for its Nationwide Series entry at Richmond on 26th April.

CorvetteParts.net has signed a one-race agreement to sponsor the JR entry to be driven by Jeffrey Earnhardt, the nephew of Dale Jr.

“We’re extremely happy that CorvetteParts.net has signed on for our Richmond weekend,” said the team's general manager Kelley Earnhardt Miller.

“Given that Jeffrey is a fourth-generation Earnhardt and driving for JR Motorsports for the first time, there will be a lot of attention centered around our No. 5 team that weekend. We hope to take advantage of that and make it a big opportunity for CorvetteParts.net as well.”

The deal is an expansion of an agreement struck earlier this year with Keen Parts Inc. Keen Parts, based in Ohio, owns CorvetteParts.com.

“We join Earnhardt fans all over the country in sharing our excitement in this opportunity for Jeffrey,” said Tom Keen, one of the owners of Corvette specialists Keen.
