Stephen and Bella Bayliss, the so-called 'Iron-couple', have signed a joint personal endorsement deal with compression equipment brand SLS3.

The British Ironman triathletes will wear the US-brand's compression clothing in training and competition.

They join SLS3 athletes Petr Vabrousek, Chris McDonald, Dana Wagner and Heleen bij de Vaate.

Meanwhile, supplement company X2Performance has become the official sports supplement of the Ironman US Series this year, as well as a presenting partner of two events on the series.

The brand has taken presenting sponsorships at the 2013 US Pro Championship at Ironman 70.3 St George triathlon in Utah on 4th May, and the Ironman 70.3 Boulder triathlon in Colorado on 4th August.

X2Performance claims its product enhances the generation and regeneration of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) within the body.

“X2Performance is both honoured and excited to join the Ironman family,” said Dr. Ralph Ferrante, chief executive of the brand's parent company, Advanced Bio Development LLC. “Ironman competitors are some of the greatest athletes in the world, and they are continuously striving for ways to improve. We are driven to help these elite athletes achieve peak physical performance, and to meet or exceed their personal goals.”
