Coca-Cola in FC Nürnberg renewal

Five-year extension for third-tier partner.

Global soft drinks group Coca-Cola has extended its sponsorship of 2. Bundesliga soccer side 1.FC Nürnberg.

The renewed deal will run for a further five years, with Coca-Cola retaining the non-alcoholic beverage license within the German club’s Grundig-Stadion home ground.

Coca-Cola, a third-level partner of the club, last renewed the contract in 2013, for three years.

Turkish Airlines, United Raiffeisen Banks, Wagner and Kennametal are among the other brands that sit on the third tier of the club’s sponsorship hierarchy.
