Chelsea: Mourinho says Abramovich doesn’t bring stability
Jose Mourinho, the manager of Italian soccer club Internazionale, has said Chelsea lack a "culture of stability" because of billionaire owner Roman Abramovich.
Mourinho delivered two Premier League titles in his time at the London club, but was ushered out in September 2007. Since then, Chelsea have employed a string of managers, spending almost US$50 million in hiring and firing them even before salaries are taken into account.
"At Chelsea my ambition was to create a bit of history," Mourinho told The Times newspaper. "But I always knew Chelsea lacked the normal English culture of stability."

"I was never under any illusions. I understood the personality of Roman Abramovich and the culture of the people around him. I knew it was not a job for 10 years," he added.
Current manager Carlo Ancelotti arrived in the summer, and his side currently sits top of the Premier League.
