Octagon president Dudley to speak at Global Sports Industry Summit
Rick Dudley, the president and chief executive at Octagon Worldwide, has been announced as a speaker at the Global Sports Industry Summit in Paris, France.
A former partner and chief executive of the private equity firm MHC Investments, a sports and entertainment practice, Dudley also served as managing director for Ignite Sports, a leading interactive sports solutions provider.
Dudley has also held executive positions at three major professional sports leagues. During his five years as the president of the National Hockey League Enterprises, he established the league's corporate marketing programme, increasing partner dollars spent on the game from $20 million to over $200 million.
The Paris Global Sports Industry Summit takes place September 28 - October 1, 2010, and brings together a powerful community of leaders who are setting the agenda for the international sports industry.
