Yokohama agrees two-year Clippers tie-up
Japan’s Yokohama Tire Corporation (YTC) has agreed a two-year sponsorship deal with the National Basketball Association’s (NBA) Los Angeles Clippers.
The firm, which has its US headquarters in Fullerton, California, becomes the official tyre of the Clippers until the end of the 2014/15 season.
The deal includes court-side signage and LED branding at home games, coverage during radio broadcasts and TV spots during televised games on Prime Ticket and Fox Sports West. Fan promotions will also run later in the season.
No financial terms were announced.

Yokohama already has deals in place with the NFL’s Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots, as well as the Cincinnati Reds, LA Angels and New York Yankees of MLB.
