College sports: The US Air Force Academy has extended its partnership with IMG College until 2026. The agency will continue to market multimedia rights and licensing for the academy's sports programmes, while the deal will also lead to the installation of a 50-foot video board at Falcon Stadium in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Soccer: Second-tier French soccer club Red Star FC have signed a sponsorship deal with Nissan Avenir, the estate vehicle marque from Japanese car manufacturer Nissan. The agreement was brokered by Lagardère Sports, the Paris-based Ligue 2 side's marketing partner.

Rugby: English rugby union side Harlequins have appointed PHA Media to grow their profile over the course of the 2016/17 top-flight season. The agency will work with the Aviva Premiership club's internal communications team and will be charged with gaining exposure outside of sports media.

Also in rugby: Bollington Insurance will sponsor and support a grassroots initiative led by another Aviva Premiership team, Sale Sharks. The '100 Club' programme will see the Sharks engage with 100 amateur outfits throughout the English north-west.

Winter sports: Professional services firm Deloitte has become the presenting sponsor of the Nova Scotia Men’s Provincial Curling Championship, which will be played at the Mayflower Curling Club in the Canadian city of Halifax from 23rd to 29th January.

Motorsport: Roborace, the autonomous motorsport series running alongside Formula E events in 2016/17, has secured Michelin as its official tyre supplier.

Also in motorsport: Pavement maintenance products manufacturer Sealmaster has renewed its sponsorship deal with the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA), and will continue to be the title sponsor of the track walk at the drag racing series' events.
