Sailing: UK-based TV sports production and media company Sunset+Vine has renewed as the exclusive global distribution agency for sailing's Volvo Ocean Race. The company will produce nine 30 minute shows over the course of the 2017/18 edition of the race, plus two one-hour specials to mark the start and end of the race.

Cycling: Print solutions provider Brother will sponsor the elite men’s and women’s road races at the 2017 edition of the HSBC UK National Road Championships. The Manchester-based firm will serve as the official results, printing and imaging partner of the championships, which will be held on the Isle of Man.

Motorsport: Nascar team Chip Ganassi Racing (CGR) have announced California-based 5.11 as their new apparel, clothing and accessories provider. As well as supplying raceday wear to the team's drivers and staff, 5.11 will be an associate partner of Jamie McMurray's number one Chevrolet at two Monster Energy Nascar Cup Series races in 2017.

Baseball: Major League Baseball (MLB) outfit the Cincinnati Reds have teamed up with LOC Enterprises to create a loyalty scheme for fans. Reds fans who sign up for the programme will get two free tickets, and will amass points, redeemable for passes for further games, when spending at select local retailers.

Gaelic sports: Renewable and sustainable energy company Bord na Móna has secured the naming rights for Gaelic Athletics Association (GAA) outfit Offaly's home stadium, the O'Connor Park. The Tullamore venue will be known as the Bord na Móna O’Connor Park for the duration of the deal.
