Wednesday’s Daily Deal Round-Up: Rio Open tennis, fashion and more

Tennis: Sportswear manufacturer Fila has renewed as the official sports brand of the Rio Open men’s tennis tournament for the second consecutive year. It will provide all match officials and ballkids with apparel for the 2018 edition of the ATP World Tour 500 event, which will be played between 19th and 25th February.

College sports: Fashion brand Oofos will be the official recovery footwear partner of college football’s 2017 Nova Home Loans Arizona Bowl on 29th December. New Mexico State will take on Utah State at the Arizona Stadium in Tucson.

Golf: Chinese golf bag brand Beachhead has become the official strategic partner of the men’s China Tour for the next two seasons. Under the terms of the deal, the brand will display its logo around tour venues and supply products including golf bags, suitcases and leatherware for all 80 China Tour matches. 

Also in golf: National Car Rental and the PGA Jr League have agreed a two-year partnership to increase youth development in golf. The company will extend its presenting sponsorship of the PGA J. League Championship and the post-season through 2019.

Martial arts: The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation have signed a multi-year partnership agreement to sponsor the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championships. The sponsorship, which runs until March 2020, positions ADNOC as the official energy partner of the event.

Soccer: Second-tier US soccer club Orange County SC, who play in the United Soccer League (USL), have partnered with Surf Cup Sports to provide a professional pathway for youth players in the Southern California region.
