More golf: The venue for the Italian Open has been moved for a second time, with the Golf Club Milano in Monza now set to host the tournament, replacing the Royal Park I Roveri club outside Turin. The Olgiata club in Rome was the original location, with both previous clubs failing to come up with the required US$575,000 in funding.

Volleyball: German sportswear brand Adidas has announced a multi-year partnership with USA Volleyball. Adidas will provide footwear, apparel and equipment to the US men's and women's national volleyball terms for the duration of the agreement.

Triathlon: The ITU World Triathlon Series will return to the UK city of Leeds for a third successive year in 2018. The event will be held on 9th and 10th June, joining the likes of Bermuda, Abu Dhabi and Yokohama as host venues for the competition. Olympians Alistair and Jonny Brownlee completed a second successive one-two in their home city at last month's event.

Soccer: Australian soccer outfit Sydney FC have renewed their deal with Hitec Drainage, which will remain a technical partner of the club for a further two years. The drainage company's branding will appear on the apparel of the team's coaching staff and around the Sky Blues' technical area at all home games at the Allianz Stadium until the end of the 2018/19 A-League season.

Football: National Football League (NFL) star Khalik Mack has become an ambassador for Mack Trucks. The Oakland Raiders defensive end and 2016 NFL defensive player of the year will appear on a range of marketing materials for the Volvo Group-owned truck brand.
