Online sports betting company Tempobet has agreed a multi-million pound deal to advertise across LED boards at the home grounds of seven Premier League teams.
The company had already agreed a three-year deal with Arsenal beginning in the 2016/17 season as their official regional betting partner, but is now to feature pitchside at home games for Bournemouth, Burnley, Brighton and Hove Albion, Watford, Crystal Palace, Swansea City, and Huddersfield Town.
As part of the deal, Tempobet will be advertised in prominent positions for 500 minutes of the ongoing Premier League season.
Aside from its pitchside deals, Tempobet holds shirt sponsorship agreements elsewhere in English soccer with Championship sides Burton Albion and Preston North End.
“The Premier League gets bigger and bigger every year and this was a great opportunity to link our brand with one of football’s most popular competitions,” said Tempobet chief executive Tim Peters. “We are currently expanding our operations in different countries around the world and creating brand awareness is an important part of the process for us, so we were delighted to have secured the deal.”
