Top-flight English soccer side Stoke City have named payment solutions provider AstroPay as their latest official partner.
The deal will see the UK-based company receive extensive brand exposure on commercial inventory throughout the Premier League club’s bet365 stadium.
The financial terms and length of the agreement were not disclosed.
Paul Lakin, Stoke City’s chief commercial officer, said: “We are proud to welcome AstroPay to the club as our newest official partner and look forward to a long and successful partnership. They have a significant presence in Latin America, Turkey and China but are keen to extend their reach across the globe and recognise the platform our partnership will give them in reaching a far wider audience.”
Ronit Katz, senior vice president of AstroPay, added: “Astropay is delighted to have become part of such a special club. We look forward to promoting our partnership across the globe and most importantly backing the team and players in all competitions for many years to come.”
Stoke City finished 13th in the Premier League in 2016/17, and kick off the new season away to Everton on 12th August.
