SLC awards TV rights to Carlton Sports Network

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has awarded its television rights from 2012 to 2015 to local television channel Carlton Sports Network (CSN).

According to SLC president Upali Dharmadasa, CSN's three-year bid of US$961,000 was approved by the SLC executive committee after the local television network emerged as the sole only bidder.

SLC's rights were previously held by state-owned television company Sri Lanka Rupavahini.
