Rugby league: Canada-based Super League Betfred Championship outfit, Toronto Wolfpack, in conjuction with StreamAMG, have announced the launch of Wolfpack TV, a new over-the-top (OTT) streaming platform to give supporters around the world the opportunity to watch Wolfpack matches.
Wolfpack TV will give supporters outside of Canada and the UK live and on-demand access to all Wolfpack matches during the Betfred Championship regular season (for a subscription fee), as well as access to free and exclusive content.

Jeff Hagan, chief operating officer of Last Tackle, the Wolfpack’s media arm, said:“As the world’s first transatlantic professional sports team, Toronto Wolfpack enjoy a growing global reach, in terms of supporter and media interest. We feel we have a responsibility to use this platform to inspire people across the world through our fabulous game, especially youngsters.”
Rugby union: South Africa-based Super Rugby outfits Stormers and Western Province have both signed sponsorship deals with investment firm Warwick. The tie-up sees Warwick's logo appear on the jerseys of both franchises.
Motorsport: Nascar Team BK Racing have secured primary sponsorship for the Daytona 500 from mineral water brand EarthWater.
The mineral water brand returns as a sponsor to BK Racing having enjoyed a tie-up for the number 23 Toyota at Sonoma Raceway last June.
Elsewhere, Michael Caruso has a new primary backer for 2018. Drive.com.au, the motoring website of media giant Fairfax, has taken naming rights for the #23 Altima. The move follows the end of the team’s deal with rival Carsales.com.au, which had run on the team’s #7 entry during the past two-and-a-half seasons.
College sports: Montana State Athletics has signed a new agreement securing Under Armour as the department’s official shoe and apparel partner through the summer of 2023. The contract covers all of the university’s varsity teams and includes two option years (2023/24 and 2024/25).
Cycling: USA Cycling has announced that Frog Bikes, a British children's bike brand, will be its official kids' bike through to 2020.
Fishing: Fishing League Worldwide (FLW) has announced a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Lowrance until the end of the 2020 FLW tournament season.
The marine electronics brand will remain the fishing organisation's exclusive marine electronics, sonar and GPS provider, with broad exposure at all tournamentsand custom content across FLW’s media platforms.The 2018 YETI FLW College Fishing National Championship on the Red River in Shreveport, Louisiana, will also be presented by Lowrance.
