Scottish Rugby Union raises a glass of Eden Mill

The Scottish Rugby Union (SRU) has revealed that gin distillery Eden Mill has become the governing body’s first ever official gin partner.

The four-year partnership will include exclusive offers for fans and an Eden Mills  brand presence during matches.

Scotland’s first single site distillery will, in addition to partnering the SRU, be the official gin of Pro 12 clubs Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby. Furthermore, pop-up gin bars will be present on match days at the respective home grounds of the teams throughout the season.

“We are delighted to welcome Eden Mill to our growing family of partners,” said Toni Blackhurst, Scottish Rugby head of marketing and sponsorship. “Supporters are turning out at Scotland and professional club rugby matches in record numbers.

“New partnerships, like the one announced today, help us enhance the range of drinks available to fans enjoying a world-class day out at BT Murrayfield. We look forward to working with such an exciting young company like Eden Mill over the coming years.”

The partnership between the SRU and Eden Mill will officially commence at the start of the Pro 12 season and, at an international level, Scotland’s opening Autumn Test match against Australia on 12th November at BT Murrayfield.
