La Liga side Real Betis have confirmed a short-term partnership with Green Earth.
As the top-flight Spanish soccer outfit’s new main sponsor, Green Earth’s logo will adorn the front of the team’s playing shirts until the end of the 2017/18 season, with an option for renewal if the collaboration is successful. Betis have so far been playing without a shirt sponsor this season.
The Costa Rican ecological company will also benefit from extensive exposure in the main advertising spots at the club’s Estadio Benito Villamarín home.
Real Betis first partnered with Green Earth ahead of this season, when the company served as the team’s front-of-shirt sponsor for their pre-season games in Germany.
Real Betis are eighth in La Liga following their dramatic 2-2 draw with Girona last Saturday, when they fell behind in injury time only to equalise in the dying moments of the game. They play their next fixture at home to second-tier side Cadiz in the Copa del Rey knockout tournament on Thursday, before travelling to play struggling Las Palmas in the league on Sunday.
