Top-flight German soccer side RB Leipzig have agreed a two-year extension of their partnership with Rauch.
The deal will see the fruit juice producer continue to serve as the Bundesliga outfit’s official vitamin partner until the end of the 2018/19 season. The company will supply its products to spectators on matchdays, as well as to first team players and staff at the team’s Red Bull Arena.
Rauch will also benefit from advertising space on pitchside LED bands at the club’s home ground, and the two parties will collaborate on a number of fan activations.
“We are very pleased to have extended the partnership with Rauch for another two years,” said Oliver Mintzlaff, managing director of RB Leipzig. “Our goal was a fruitful cooperation - and it is, without doubt. Through the partnership, we can offer a great selection of vitamin-rich juices, which are very well received by our fans in the stadium as well as by the pros and the junior players.”
Heiko Schubert, managing director of Rauch Deutschland, added: “RB Leipzig is a very good partner with great team spirit and solid values as we are accustomed to as a family business in the fourth generation at Rauch. Through the cooperation with the club, we want to continue to expand our brand strategy goals in Germany.”
RB Leipzig finished second in their debut Bundesliga season in 2016/17, securing a place in the Uefa Champions League, European soccer’s premier club competition, for the first time. They kick off the new season away to Schalke on 19th August.
