Top-flight German soccer side RB Leipzig have announced a new two-year partnership with the Invia Group.
The deal will see the company's fluege.de brand receive extensive brand exposure on advertising mats at the club’s Red Bull Arena, while Ab-in-den-urlaub.de will be promoted on pitchside LED bands. Fluege.de will also carry out a number of fan activations throughout the duration of the contract.
Oliver Mintzlaff, managing director of RB Leipzig, said: “With Invia, we were able to win a partner from the travel sector. That fits very well to our first season in the Uefa Champions League with some exciting international trips. We are waiting for many interesting joint projects.”
Jaroslaw Czernek, chairman of the supervisory board for the Invia Group, added: “RB Leipzig and Invia Germany, with its Fluege.de brand, both share the ambition to play in and out of Leipzig. It is precisely this passion which links us and lets us grow beyond ourselves. We look forward to all that is still ahead.”
RB Leipzig finished second in their debut Bundesliga season in 2016/17, securing qualification to the Uefa Champions League, European soccer’s premier club competition, for the first time. They kick off the new campaign away to Schalke on 19th August.
