PZPN extends with Lagardère Sports

The Polish Football Association (PZPN), Polish soccer’s governing body, has announced an extension of its longstanding partnership with Lagardère Sports.

Under the terms of the deal, the sports and entertainment agency will continue to sell the marketing rights for Poland’s national soccer team, the Polish under-21 team and the Polish Cup, the country’s premier club knockout competition.

The new contract is set to run until July 2022, which means it will incorporate both the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia and the 2020 Uefa European Championship, which will be co-hosted by 13 different countries.

Poland are currently top of their 2018 Fifa World Cup qualifying group, and play their next fixture at home to Romania on 10th June.
