Top-flight Italian soccer side Inter Milan have secured a new one-year deal with Prozis.
The Portuguese sports nutrition specialist will serve as the Serie A club’s official nutrition partner for the 2017/18 season, and will supply the team’s players with its products to enhance their performance and prevent injuries.
The length and financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are delighted to welcome Prozis as our new official nutrition partner,” said Giorgio Brambilla, Inter Milan’s sales and partnership management director. “It is a major company that has chosen our club as an international platform to develop new business and synergies.”
Inter Milan finished seventh in Serie A in 2016/17, meaning the 18-time Italian champions have now gone seven years without securing the title. The club recently appointed Luciano Spalletti as their new manager, making the 58-year-old their fifth head coach in the space of a year.
