Papa John’s takes slice of Phillipines basketball
The Philippines Basketball Association (PBA) has secured a sponsorship deal with pizza chain Papa John's.
The agreement, sealed by Filipino franchise holder Berjaya Pizza Philippines, will see Papa John's become the official pizza of the PBA during the 2013 season. It will form part of the company's drive to become involved in basketball sponsorship and development in the Phillipines, complementing partnerships with the likes of college team San Beda Red Lions.
