The Polish Football Association (PZPN), the governing body for soccer in Poland, has extended and expanded its partnership with Oshee.
The new contract, which will be activated in August 2018, will see the isotonic drinks brand become an official sponsor of the PZPN until 2020.
As part of the agreement, Oshee has the right to integrate the PZPN’s logo into its marketing campaigns, and will also be able to use a group image of the Polish men’s national team, the women’s national side and the under-21 outfit when promoting its products.
Additionally, the company will benefit from brand exposure on sponsorship backdrops during press conferences and interviews, as well as on pitchside advertising boards and on the substitutes’ bench.
Maciej Sawicki, secretary general of the PZPN, said: “Our current cooperation was performed in an exemplary manner and therefore we decided to sign another contract, under which the Oshee brand was awarded the title of official sponsor of the Polish Football Association.
“We are very pleased that more and more companies in our country see the value of sports sponsorship and want to invest and support the most important football team in our country.”
Dariusz Gałęzewski, chief executive of Oshee Poland, added: “The key to our choice of business partners is a vision that is consistent with our values and the spirit of sport. Our current cooperation with the Polish Football Association shows how great promotion for potential events can be organised, so we decided to expand our jointly implemented activities.”
Poland successfully qualified for the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia after finishing five points clear at the top of their qualifying group. They rounded off their campaign with a 4-2 win at home to Montenegro last Sunday.
