New I-League team deal ‘a first for the country’

Shillong Lajong, a team in Indian’s top soccer league, the I-League, have announced a partnership with which sees the website become the team’s official ticketing partner.

KyaZoonga, an entertainment and sports ticketing company, will give Shillong Lajong fans the chance to buy their tickets to games online. According to a release announcing the partnership, the team are the first in the country to provide online ticketing. The company will also be the first to give fans the opportunity to sign up for email alerts and news updates on Lajong.

“Shillong Lajong FC is delighted to associate with KyaZoonga as the official ticketing partner,” said Larsing Sawyan, the managing director of Shillong Lajong. “The pre-sale service for latest alerts about Shillong Lajong football club matches is a unique initiative by to bring fans closer to their favourite players. Together with KyaZoonga, a trusted leader in the online ticketing space, we are committed to provide fans with a seamless and easy access to watch and support their favourite football team.”
