Mission Performance, a learning and development consultancy, has confirmed its return to the Clipper Round the World Race for the next edition, which is due to begin at the end of August.
The company, already Clipper's official learning and development partner, entered the 2013/14 edition of the round-the-world event, which allows fully trained members of the public to compete.
"We are honoured to be returning as a team sponsor this year," said Rob Lewis, the former Royal Marine officer who is a founding director of the company.
"The Clipper Race is special to us for so many reasons, not least because of all the dynamic, courageous people who we get to know as they take on this life-changing challenge."
Clipper chief executive William Ward said: “It is great news that Mission Performance will once again be a Team Sponsor in this tenth edition of the Clipper Race. They have proven to be an effective race partner who work to enhance the unique experiences and valuable skills our crew develop throughout their journey.”
The 2014/15 race is due to begin from London on 30th August. Last time round, 670 people from over 40 countries took part.
