Top-tier Australian soccer side Melbourne City have announced a new three-year partnership with Nexen Tyre.
Starting with the upcoming 2017/18 season, the tyre manufacturer’s logo will adorn the left sleeve of the A-League outfit’s away shirts, and will also appear on the front of their travel kit.
Nexen Tyres will also benefit from brand exposure on pitchside LED bands and on the big screen at the team’s AAMI Park home ground. Additionally, the South Korea-based company will be given access to the club crest, logo and player image rights to use in its marketing activities.
Melbourne City are the second team from City Football Group’s portfolio to partner with Nexen Tyre, after English sister club Manchester City announced in March that the company would serve as their new sleeve sponsor.

Melbourne City finished fourth in the A-League in 2016/17, and kick off the new season at home to Brisbane Roar on 6th October.
