Major League Soccer (MLS) has signed its first-ever audio partner, bringing on board headphone and speaker brand JLab Audio.
Under a multi-year deal announced on Monday, the company will promote its wireless products with the help of MLS players and through field-level signage during nationally-televised matches. It will also run a fan sweepstakes competition around next year’s MLS All-Star Game in Atlanta.
As well as MLS itself, JLab Audio will also serve as an official partner of five-time league champions Los Angeles Galaxy. Under that deal, the company will have the opportunity to run promotional activities at StubHub Center, where a JLab-branded DJ booth will operate during the build-up to games.
Financial terms and the specific duration of the deals have not been disclosed.
This year’s MLS campaign concludes this Saturday when the Seattle Sounders, the league’s reigning champions, take on hosts Toronto FC in a repeat of last season’s final.
