Top-tier Spanish soccer side Levante have announced a partnership with Jawwy.
Under the terms of the deal, the Saudi Arabian mobile operator will serve as a shirt sponsor of the La Liga outfit until the end of the 2017/18 season.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The news comes after Levante signed Saudi international Fahad Al-Muwallad on loan from Saudi Professional League side Al-Ittihad during the January transfer window.
A number of Saudi players have joined La Liga clubs as part of a strategic partnership between the league and the General Sports Authority of Saudi Arabia (GSA), which was agreed in October and includes branding opportunities, an academy partnership and a talent ID scouting initiative for young soccer players in the Asian country.
Levante are currently fourth from bottom in La Liga in 2017/18, after winning just three of their 24 games so far. They lost 3-0 away against Real Sociedad on Sunday, and will hope to return to winning ways when they host Real Betis on 26th February.
