Torres, Hamm and Vonn star in new Kohl’s campaign

American department store chain Kohl's has announced the launch of a new integrated marketing campaign entitled 'Shop to Win' that features Olympic gold medallists Dara Torres, Mia Hamm and Lindsey Vonn.

An Olympic gold medallist at the 2010 winter Olympics, Vonn is the most successful American skier in the history of alpine skiing.
 
44-year-old swimmer Dara Torres has competed in five Olympic Games and won twelve Olympic medal over the course of her career.
 
Retired soccer player Mia Hamm was named as the women's Fifa World Player of the Year in 2001 and 2002 and inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 2007.
 
According to an official press release, Kohl's will utilise all three athletes across multiple mediums 'including digital and social media, Kohls.com, television, radio and public relations.'
 
“We are excited to launch the spring 'Shop to Win' marketing campaign, featuring three world-class female Olympic athletes,” said Julie Gardner, Kohl’s executive vice president and chief marketing officer. “The campaign depicts shopping as a sport and captures the emotion felt when women search for, and find, great deals for themselves and their families. We are confident this will resonate with women who are seeking great style at a great value.”
