Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports signs two NFL Draft prospects

The Roc Nation Sports agency has signed two of the top prospects entering this year's National Football League (NFL) Draft.

The company, which was founded in 2013 by rapper Jay-Z, has announced that it is now managing the interests of Jaire Alexander, a former defensive back at the University of Louisville, and Penn State running back Saquon Barkley (pictured).

Alexander will be personally represented at Roc Nation by John Thornton, while Barkley’s affairs will be handled by Kim Miale.

Roc Nation already represents a handful of NFL players, including Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant and New York Giants quarterback Geno Smith.

It also has a history of signing NFL Draft prospects, having previously secured the signatures of Todd Gurley, who was selected by the Los Angeles Rams in 2015, and Leonard Fournette, who was picked by the Jacksonville Jaguars last year.

This year’s NFL Draft will be held from 26th to 28th April at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
