Top-tier German soccer side Hertha Berlin have extended their partnership with Orafol.
The adhesives manufacturer has renewed its contract for a further season, and will remain an exclusive partner of the Bundesliga outfit at the second level until 30th June 2019.
Orafol’s branding will continue to feature on LED banners around Hertha’s Berlin Olympic Stadium. In addition, the Oranienburg-based company will organise youth soccer events for the club.
According to German sports news outlet Sponsors.de, Orafol’s partnership with Hertha is worth around €750,000 (US$920,000) each year. The firm has sponsored the team since the 2016/17 season.
Hertha’s other exclusive partners include car manufacturer Audi, finance firm Berliner Volksbank, lager company Carlsberg and soft drink giant Coca-Cola.
Hertha Berlin are currently 11th in the Bundesliga after winning six of their 18 matches. They lost 1-0 against VfB Stuttgart at the Mercedes-Benz Arena on 13th January, and will host fourth-placed Borussia Dortmund on Friday.
