FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm, has signed a three-year sponsorship deal with Padraig Harrington, the PGA European Tour's Golfer of the Year.
The deal is believed to be worth around a total of US$12 million over the three-year contract, and comes just two months after the Irishman renegotiated a US$10 million agreement with his long-term equipment sponsor Wilson.
Under the FTI deal Harrington will display the company’s branding on the front of his cap and undertake co-marketing initiatives around the world for the duration of the agreement. The Wilson logo will now occupy both sides of his cap.
