The Guinness Pro14 intercontinental club rugby union competition has added ROS Nutrition to its roster of official sponsors.
The sports health and nutrition company has been appointed as the competition’s official nutrition partner for the next two seasons.
The partnership will see ROS Nutrition gain a presence on the league's social media accounts, providing nutrition tips and supplying prizes for giveaways.
Dermot Rigley, commercial and marketing director of PRO14 Rugby, believes ROS Nutrition is well matched with the championship.
He said: "ROS Nutrition has a great energy about them with their innovative approach to their business and commitment to high-quality products. We share those same values when it comes to creating an environment for our teams to thrive in so that they and their players can succeed in the colours of their clubs and their countries.
"We know that many of our fans care about having an active lifestyle and ROS Nutrition have already demonstrated their ability to connect with athletes of all ages and abilities through their voice on social media."
Leinster and Ireland flanker Sean O'Brien, an ambassador for ROS Nutrition, added: "ROS Nutrition helps me to get the nutrients I need on a daily basis to allow me to recover. The approach ROS Nutrition has to developing their products as well as what's in them is massively beneficial to my performance.”
The Guinness Pro14 brings together leading clubs from Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Italy, and added two teams from South Africa this season.
