Golfer Campbell pens Crest Link endorsement
Kiwi golfer Michael Campbell has become a brand ambassador for apparel and accessories brand Crest Link.
The 2005 US Open champion, who currently competes on the European Tour, will wear Crest Link apparel in all future golf tournaments as part of the new deal.
Campbell joins a number of golfers in the Crest Link stable, the most high profile of which is Australian Greg Chalmers, winner of the 2011 Emirates Australian Open.
Campbell said of his new deal: “I am very happy to be associated with Crest Link, an up and coming brand, and hope that the partnership will be mutually beneficial. It is great product and I am looking forward to wearing it out on the course.”
Crest Link managing director Raymond Yee added: “The partnership with Michael Campbell is further proof of the brand’s popularity among golfers, those involved in other sports and people who prefer it as casual wear.
“Crest Link has a strong presence in many countries in this region and having taken initial steps to move into the United States market is constantly looking towards expansion to more territories and the sponsorship deal is part the strategy to further popularise the brand.”
