Gillette to sponsor Brazil World Tour
Gillette has acquired the naming rights to the Brazil World Tour, the umbrella under which the Brazilian national soccer team plays games at venues around the world.
The deal has been negotiated by sports marketing firm Kentaro, which organises and markets the tour - a venture that has seen Brazil play in London and Qatar in recent times.
"The Gillette Brazil World Tour offers unprecedented exposure and excitement with the Selecao engaged in numerous glamorous friendly matches in the run-up to the 2014 Fifa World Cup. We are looking forward to a great cooperation."
Gillette will have naming rights as well as in-stadium advertising rights and 'comprehensive corporate hospitality opportunities'. The partnership started earlier in August when Brazil played Germany in Stuttgart; Brazil's next game is on 5th September against Ghana at London's Craven Cottage ground.blog comments powered by Disqus
