Ferrari has signed a wide-ranging partnership agreement with watch manufacturer Hublot, which will see the company become the offical watch and official timekeeper of the Italian manufacturer's Formula One team.
Hublot, already active in sport predominantly through a sponsorship agreement with Premier League champions Manchester United, will become the offical timepiece for all Ferrari's activities, including the production and sporting divisions of the company.
No details on whether Hublot logos will appear on Ferrari's Formula One cars were forthcoming, but the company will create specific products for Ferrari.
Ferrrari president Luca di Montezemolo said: "Exclusivity, technology and passion are among the many things that Ferrari and Hublot have in common and this partnership comes at an important time for both companies."
Meanwhile Formula One world champions Red Bull Racing will carry the logos of French publication L'Equipe at this weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, part of a promotional push ahead of the launch of Red Bull's own magazine The Red Bulletin in France.
