Licensed sports merchandise giant Fanatics has struck an exclusive collectibles and memorabilia agreement with National Football League (NFL) player Ezekiel Elliott.
The deal sees Fanatics Authentic, the company’s memorabilia division, become the sole distributor of all authentic memorabilia associated the Dallas Cowboys running back.
Fanatics Authentic already has similar deals in place with a host of top athletes, including the likes of Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, Steph Curry, Kris Bryant and Alex Ovechkin.
“This is the first time I’m aligning with a company for officially licensed NFL memorabilia,” Elliott, 21, said in a statement.
“The two most important things to me were to give my fans the coolest selection of memorabilia and to have a premium company authenticate and distribute my collectibles.”
Elliott, the NFL’s fourth overall draft pick in 2016, was named the Pro Football Writers Association Rookie and Offensive Player of the Year at the end of his first season in pro football.
According to Fanatics, he was also the top-selling NFL player on the company’s platforms for the entire year.
