Top-flight English soccer side Everton have agreed an extension of their partnership with Thomas Cook Sport.
The UK-based sports travel operator will remain the Premier League outfit’s official match breaks partner, retaining a role it has held for over a decade. As part of the agreement, the company will continue to provide the club’s fans with accommodation and tickets when they follow the team abroad.
The length and financial terms of the deal have not been made public.
“Working with Everton for over a decade has been a fantastic experience and we're delighted to continue our partnership,” said Rob Slawson, head of Thomas Cook Sport. “We're proud to deliver our industry leading match breaks and team travel services.
“The club also has a loyal and passionate fanbase all over the world and we look forward to bringing more fans to Goodison over the coming seasons, to not only experience this iconic British football stadium, but also to see what Liverpool, a truly unique city, has to offer.”
Alan McTavish, head of commercial at Everton, added: “It's great to extend our partnership with Thomas Cook Sport and we are looking forward to continuing our fantastic relationship with them.”
Everton, who were eliminated in the group stage of the Uefa Europa League earlier this season, moved up to ninth in the Premier League following their 3-1 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday. They travel to play Watford in their next fixture on 24th February.
