The Rugby Football Union (RFU) has renewed its top-tier partnership with telecommunications firm O2 ahead of the upcoming autumn internationals.
The renewed deal will run for five years, through to September 2021, and will see O2 continue to appear on the front of all England match day shirts.
The company has partnered with the RFU since 1995, and will continue to appear on all training kit of the England Men’s Women’s and Saxon’s teams. It will also remain as the exclusive telecommunications firm of England Rugby.
“O2 has been a proud partner of England Rugby for over two decades, and we’re delighted to be continuing our longstanding support,” said O2 chief executive Mark Evans.
“This new agreement is a testament to our sponsorship strategy, focussing on high quality, long term partnerships. Rugby is in O2’s DNA and we’re excited to take this fantastic sport to even more people than ever before.”
England host South Africa, Fiji, Argentina and Australia this autumn, and will be looking to build on a strong victory in the 2016 Six Nations.
