Chinese National Games adds new sponsor to roster

The Torch relay for the China National Games, held in each of the 17 host cities in Shandong province, will be sponsored by a Guangdong company.

Zhongshan Vantage Gas Appliance Stock Company, China's leading kitchen and gas appliance manufacturer, will sponsor the Torch Relay as it moves throughout the province.

The competition, held every four years, is the highest level of domestic competition in China. The Shandong Games will be the 11th edition, and will feature 34 teams, mainly from Chinese provinces but also including the army, competing across 33 sports.
