The Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB) has confirmed shopping mall operator Aliansce as its fourth official sponsor for Tokyo 2020.
The deal between the two was signed on Olympic Day, 23rd June, and will see Aliansce support the COB's athletes along their journey to Tokyo in just over three years' time.
After the country's home Games in 2016, the COB's sponsorship deals with the likes of Nike and Nissan expired. Since then, it has added new long-term partnerships with insurance firm TravelAce, sportswear supplier BRW Sports Group and events company SRCOM.
At the Aliansce announcement, a COB executive also said that the body would soon announce a new sponsor in the education category.
