BBC to show England’s upcoming rugby union tour

The BBC has acquired the rights for the England national rugby union team’s 2017 tour of Argentina.

The British public-service broadcaster will show both matches of the two-Test series live on its BBC Two channel. The reigning Six Nations champions will play both fixtures against the Pumas at Santa Fe's Estadio Brigadier General Estanislao López stadium on 10th June 10 and 17th June.

The teams’ most recent clash was played at the home of English rugby union, Twickenham, and was won by the home side 27-14. They have since been drawn in the same group for the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan, alongside France and two qualifiers.
