Top-tier German soccer side Bayer 04 Leverkusen have extended their partnership with Jako.
The German sportswear company will continue to supply playing and training kit to the Bundesliga outfit until the end of the 2021/22 season.
Jako initially agreed a two-year deal with Leverkusen in 2016 when it replaced sportswear brand Adidas, which had been a kit supplier of the club for 40 years.
The financial terms of the renewal have not been disclosed, but according to German industry news outlet Sponsors.de, Jako currently pays €3.5 million (US$4.3 million) per year for the partnership.
Jako also has kit supply deals with Bundesliga team Hannover 96 and German second-tier side SV Darmstadt 98.
Bayer Leverkusen are currently second in the Bundesliga but are 16 points behind runaway league leaders Bayern Munich. They won 2-0 at home against FSV Mainz 05 on Sunday, and will travel to the Schwarzwald-Stadion ground to play SC Freiburg on 3rd February.
